Hey guys,
So for my next project. I have decided to do a Vampire, basically some heavily converted vampires and a few zombies. This project is predominantly inspired by Julian Bayliss' work, of which I am a massive fan. However, I want too make some my Vampires look like they have tried to hide their blood sucking ways. So a couple will be obviously evil, and a couple will have a lot of Empire symbolism, with more subtle Vampire characteristics.
Colour wise I am thinking of a more brutal colour scheme, to what I normally use (a lot more blood and gore with more wildly diverse shade colours). This will be coupled with the standard pale skin tones and dark grey and brown tones of the robes and clothing. While I am unsure about how I will do the bases, it'll be uninviting and cold too tie in the the overall look.
I am excited too get this started as I think this will be a lot of fun.
I would sincerely recommend that you check out Julian Bayliss' work here, if ever someone was too inspire you too try a new project or drive you too improve your converting or painting skills, then he is you man.
